香水をゆうパックで送ろうと思ったとき、断られてしまったという方もいるのではないでしょうか。
今回は、香水はゆうパックで送れないのか、また送ってしまったときはどうすればいいのかをご紹介します。
アルコール度数を確認！ゆうパックで香水は送れる？送れない？
ゆうパックは、3辺の合計が170cm以下、重さが25kgまでの荷物を送ることができる郵便局の配送サービスです。
土日や祝日も含めた年中無休で配達してもらえるので、荷物を早く届けてほしいときに便利です。
では、このゆうパックを使って香水を送ることはできるのでしょうか。
日本郵便では、引火の可能性のある液体を郵送することができず、アルコール60％以上の香水は送ることができません。
つまり練り香水や、アルコールを使用していない香水などはゆうパックで送ることができますよ。
香水のほかにも！ゆうパックで送れないものをチェック
香水の他にも、ゆうパックで送れないものをチェックしていきましょう。
主に、化粧品で間違えて送ってしまいそうになるものをまとめました。
ゆうパックで送れないもの①マニキュアや除光液
ゆうパックで送れないものとして、引火点摂氏30℃以下のものがあります。
マニキュアは引火点30℃以下なので、これに当てはまっており、ゆうパックで送ることができません。
仮に、引火点が30℃以上であることが確認できる場合、品名欄にその旨を記載すれば、ゆうパックでも配送可能です。
また、除光液は、引火性のあるアセトンが含まれているので、ゆうパックで送ることはできません。
ゆうパックで送れないもの②ヘアスプレー
可燃性ガスを使用しているスプレー缶は、ゆうパックで送ることができません。
つまり、ヘアスプレーやスプレータイプの化粧水が可燃性ガスを使用している場合、ゆうパックでの配送はできないということです。
可燃性ガスを使用していないスプレー缶であれば、可燃性ガスが使用されていないことを品名欄に記載しておくことで、配送可能となります。
ゆうパックで香水を送ってしまったときはどうする？
ゆうパックを発送するときには、郵便局やコンビニに荷物を持ち込む必要があります。
その際に、品名欄を確認されるので、誤って香水を送ってしまうことは少ないはずです。
しかし、何らかの手違いによって、ゆうパックで香水を送ってしまうことがあるかもしれません。
では、ゆうパックで香水を送ってしまったときはどのように対処すればいいのでしょうか。
品名欄に香水と書かれている場合は発送されず、郵便局まで引き取りに来るよう連絡が入るはずです。
もし品名欄に香水と書かずに発送した場合、何もトラブルが起こらなければそのまま配送されるでしょう。
ただし、配送中に香水の瓶が割れて中身が出てしまうなどのトラブルが発生したときには、責任を問われてしまいます。
香水は、郵便法の差出禁止品に該当しているので、品名欄に嘘を書いてしまうと罰せられる可能性もあります。
このようなことを防ぐためにも、品名欄には荷物の中身を詳しく書いておくと安心です。
ゆうパックで送れるものか判断がつかない場合は、郵便局員に聞いてみてくださいね。
香水を送るときはゆうパック以外を使って
では、香水を送りたいときはどのような方法で送ればいいのでしょうか。
ここからは、ヤマト運輸や佐川急便の配送サービスについてみていきましょう。
ヤマト運輸では香水を送ることができる
ヤマト運輸の配送ルートであれば、アルコールを含む香水も制限なく送ることができます。
念のため、香水を発送するときには、品名欄に香水である旨をしっかりと記載しましょう。
営業所に持ち込む際や、集荷してもらう際には、中身が香水であることを伝えてくださいね。
佐川急便は確認が必要
佐川急便のホームページを確認すると、危険物の取り扱いについては、担当の営業所やセールスドライバーへ問い合わせるよう書かれていました。
陸路であれば配送できるかもしれないので、佐川急便を利用する予定の方は、問い合わせてみてください。
